Hiring for a leading firm in Agro Products  MBA/PGDBM in Agri Management (Mandatory), candidates having the desired education working in a diffrent industry are encouraged to apply  Designation : Procurement Manager  No of positions : 2  CTC: 6 LPA (Fixed) + 2 LPA (Variable)  Reporting To :   Key Responsibilities :  - Directly interacting with farmers and taking care of sourcing of SEEDS   - Maintain effective communication with suppliers  - Devise and employ fruitful sourcing strategies  - Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships  - Negotiate with external vendors to secure the most advantageous terms  - Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services  - Finalize details of orders and deliveries  - Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness  - Examine and re-evaluate existing contracts  - Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness  - Collaborate with key persons to ensure the clarity of the Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs  - Coordinate with sales team/clients  Experience : 1+ Year  Educational Qualification : MBA/PGDM (Sales & Marketing) in Agri Business Management.
