Role Title: Process Analyst (Manager)

Business:One of the world's largest banking and financial services organizations with multiple offices in both established and emerging markets. Our team (Process consulting/excellence/re-engineering) is a dedicated team that helps design and implements large process improvements for the bank and has a large offshore set up in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Role Purpose:

Process Analysts are at the center of how the practice shapes, delivers and embeds change working with the business and our delivery partners. Process Analysts are responsible to work collaboratively with Process and Business Consultants, delivery partners and subject matter experts to deliver reengineering projects.

Qualification Required:-

- Green Belt/Black Belt - can be waived for candidaes with significant re-engineering experience

- Process Modelling tools such as Pro-Vision, Visio, etc

- Statistical Analysis software such as JMP, Minitab, etc

Experience

- Overall 5+ years of experience in industry with half of it in quality/process/change management

- Experience in supporting a project lead in process re-engineering activities

- Demonstrate ability to support the definition of a business problem

- Familiarity and experience with financial services business processes

- Experience of communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

- Exposure to green belt/ black belt projects

- Good verbal and written communication skills and experience in face-to-face and remote presentations.

Skill required

- Process Modelling/Design Skills

- Sound understanding about the organization's environment including: Organization structures,business drivers, Group and businesses- strategy, Acquisitions and mergers, Shareholders, Processes, Systems and Current state vs. Target state.

- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders to understand and document process flows

- Ability to walk through senior stakeholders on the process designs

- Recommend improvement opportunities and get business buy-in

- Have basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations and networks
