Manager - Process Improvement - Technology - Black Belt (10-13 yrs)
Responsibilities include working with various teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implementing programs to convert identified opportunities to delivery business benefit; managing and prioritizing multiple complex projects and project teams; and maintaining necessary procedures to ensure business goals are met in a sustainable manner.
- Works with specialized work units with direct impact to organization-wide improvement objectives. Works on definition and improvement of delivery processes with data evaluation.
- Probes & validates the variation causes and mitigates them with effective interventions.
- Facilitates reengineering of processes, analyses and recommends improvements.
- Experience in implementation of Capability Maturity Models (Six Sigma/COPC/ISO/CMM/PCMM)
- Domain experience (Technology e.g. Application maintenance & development/Operations - e.g. Mortgage process/Corporate Functions)
- Master Black Belt (Certified). Demonstrated success as a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma (Lean, DMADV, DMAIC)
