Company : Leading Financial Company - General Insurance.  Location : Mumbai - Corporate Office.  Title : Senior Manager   Profile : Process Excellence   Reporting to : AVP Process Excellence  Broad Roles :   - Lead cross functional process improvement projects applying the process excellence methodology and thereby streamline and standardize customer impacting processes, to achieve reliable and reproducible results  - Evaluate and initiate six sigma improvement projects with a focus on results and timelines. Serve as project lead / project coach to the process improvement projects.  - Run process workshops to assess the process capabilities, document the process maps / flows and identify and prioritize process improvement projects  - Prepare project updates, business reports and presentations as required  - Embed continuous improvement capabilities into the organization by providing process training to the process participants. Train and certify employees on six sigma methodologies and quality tools and techniques.  Skillsets :   - Six sigma black belt certified candidate with at least 2 years of experience post black belt certification. PMP certified.  - Process Excellence professional with 6 to 9 years of core industry experience.  - Software competency: MS project, Visio.   - Hands on experience in driving process re-engineering initiatives and expertise knowledge of process excellence methodologies  - Behavioral Traits: Analytical, Strong coaching and problem solving skills, End to end project ownership  Our Client clearly understands and values the worth of an eligible candidate for this position.
