- Suitable Candidate must have min 4 years of experience in Process Excellence  - Candidates having exposure to Voice Process would be preferred  - MBA/PGDM is a must. Preferably in Operations Management.   - Must be a certified/trained Six Sigma Green Belt or Black   - Focus on Process improvement and cost reduction to deliver tangible benefits   - Lead and Implement business process management system   - Lead Quality Projects for the business, individually complete high impact projects per year as per corporate guidelines.   - Undertake process improvements projects needed at the call center on a frequent basis   - Increase business and retention percentage at the call center by use of technology and process improvement using quality tools   - Capacity Utilization / Productivity reporting and analysis   - Work along with Call center head and create a mechanism for Daily / Routine Work Management with the view to sustaining and improving performance
