Quantitative - Pricing Model Development Manager  - The Global Pricing Team sits within the Pricing & Revenue Control function and is responsible for producing financial analysis to strict deadlines for all existing and potential clients of Bank globally, plus all new services for existing clients.   - The products covered are the full suite of global Asset Servicing products, including: Custody, Investment Accounting, Global Risk Solutions, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Trustee / Depositary, Depotbank, KVG Services, Derivatives 360, Middle Office, Marketing Support Services, Benefits Payments and Alternative Investment Services.  - The role also involves working closely with a number of areas including : Sales, Relationship Executives / Management, Service Directors, Account Management, Product Management, Client Services, Global Client Management, Network Management, Billing, Finance and Global Client Service Delivery.   - To lead projects on behalf of the Asset Servicing Pricing Team whether they are strategic or tactical acting as either Programme Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst or Subject Matter Expert, as appropriate.  - To regularly review and maintain the global, multi-product, multi-jurisdictional MS Excel pricing models that can be used by all the Pricing Analysts globally for all Asset Servicing products.   - To regularly review, maintain and enhance the MS Word / MS Excel fee schedule templates used by the team and build new templates, as required.  - To manage the Pricing Team in Pune and ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met for the US Pricing Team and EMEA Pricing Team.  - Build and contain to maintain good working relationships with colleagues around the organization that interface with the team, including, but not limited to US Pricing Team, EMEA Pricing Team, Revenue Control, Sales, Relationship Management, Billing, Network Management, Global Client Service Delivery, Client Services, Global Markets, Finance, Product Management, Securities Lending and Client Management.  - Ensure that all team guidelines, processes and procedures are followed and anything that may result in an increased level of risk to the organisation is escalated to the Head of EMEA Pricing immediately.   - To regularly review, maintain and enhance the procedures used by the team and build new procedures, as required.
