Manager - Preventive Maintenance - Automobile (6-15 yrs)

We are hiring for MNC in automobile industry.
Job Location : New Delhi
Roles and Responsibilities :
Follow-up on preventive maintenance in Axapta maintenance database :
- Follow-up on on-time prev. maintenance reports, chasing bad performers as part of MIP (Maintenance Incentive Plan)
- Check correctness data and correct where necessary
- Get the Bills of Material loaded for A/B/C maintenance of every crane
- Provide technical support on Black Boxes
- Follow-up on data results of black boxes as part of MIP
- Follow-up on Black Box communication costs
- Follow-up on Delayed tasks and check correctness of uploaded data
- Follow-up on Inspections and check correctness of uploaded data
- Perform audits at the BU's on applying the procedures
- Develop predictive maintenance program
- Develop and implement worldwide new maintenance procedures
- Train the fleet managers and Fleet admin people on the Axapta maintenance database.
