We are among the leading pan-African partners for major companies such as AVAYA, IBM, Cisco, Oracle, Juniper and Riverbed.  Job Description :  Position Title : Manager - Presales (Software And System Integration)  Reports To : GM - Presales  Job Summary :   - Assists the Sales Team to develop and implement specific account penetration strategies, produce account specific product and service and sales plans.  - Develops relationships with the account team, partners and customers in support of sales team objectives and engages and leverages corporate resources, abilities, budgets and personnel as appropriate.  - Strategizes and executes technical sales calls  - Configures and documents storage software, hardware and service solutions to meet customer and sales objectives.  - Completes required presales documentation quickly and accurately.  - Qualifies sales opportunities in the terms of customer technical requirements, competition, decision making process and funding.  - Assumes a support role in District Sales and Services Leadership Meetings.  - Presents and markets the design and value of proposed storage solution and business case to customers, prospects and the management.  - Possesses strong, detailed product/technology/industry knowledge. Knowledge of job associated software and applications.  Experience Required :   - Minimum 8-10 yrs of experience in pre-sales, understanding of client requirements  - Deep understanding of IT strategy, IT planning, value management, infrastructure and/or applications architecture, sourcing or IT transformation  - Converting the requirements to an optimized, desired, solution design, Product positioning, and Validation of its existence in the solution  - Experience and usage of Sizing methodology and capacity planning  - Building Proposal with the Value proposition of the solutions  - Experience in handling RFPs and building technical solution, response, building Product bill of quaintly/material using the product specific configurations  - Exposure to business application design, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and implementation projects for large IT organizations using systems integration methods and technologies  - Familiar with design and architecture patterns  - Should have strong understanding in Software development and System integration methodologies  - Experience of working within Telco/Application software/Call Centre/CRM environment and markets.  Candidates from the leading IT/ Technology - Software/Services / ITES Companies will be considered.  Education : B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/MBA from recognized institute  PN : Joining required in max 20 days
