One of our clients which happens to be a Fortune 400 company is looking for a Manager- PreSales from a Healthcare vertical in a BPO.  Designation : Manager - Presales  Domain : Healthcare  Position Summary :   Individuals in this role ensure end to end ownership for a particular bid, including completeness and quality of response, and program management for collateral, commercials, solution articulation, content for bid defense presentations, and client visits.  Job Description :   - Solution consulting / Presales in Healthcare vertical   - Conceptualizing and building Insurance solution   - Able to present solution ideas   - Create Business Case   - Work with different stakeholders to create a road map   - Help realize execution   - Own the solution and overall value proposition  - Experience in Market Research: Domain / Competency Trends, Competitive Analysis   Bid Management :   - Can take complete Ownership of the Bid Response and Documentation   - Ability to work in a Multi Team environment to prepare the bid response   - Analysis of the customer landscape and propose proactive proposals to address client needs   - Work with Global Sales team / Sales Force to respond RFP, RFIs and other pre-sales deliverables to ensure successful conversion to a Win.  - Support development of commercial models  - Lead proposal development   - Answer- primary owner / solutions / pricing and conducts Due Diligence /   - Portfolio Analysis for shortlisted/ qualified deals   - Ensure Quality responses to RFX  Qualification :   - Mandatory experience in BD/ Presales & Solutions in a healthcare process  Experience : 9+ years of overall work experience 5+ years of Bid management / presales experience in BPO/KPO/Healthcare / IT services industry   - Flexible with any shifts
