Manager Pre-Sales (Only from BPO)  Requirement :   Presales - Bid Manager  Exp : 10-12 years  - 5 years in travel domain/logistics / airline / shipping  Location : Mumbai  In this role identified incumbent will be responsible for the complete coordination and delivery of customer responses and presentations, managing customer visits.  In this role the Presales Executive will report into Presales Manager Retail / CPG BPS.  Broad responsibilities of Presales Executive shall include :  - Internal Liaisoning & Relationships  - Facilitate customer visits and collates feedback  - Coordinate relationships with different support groups in BPO and with other groups   - Respond to Survey reports on a case to case basis  - Prepare necessary reports after collating information from various team members/groups  - Environment Scan  - Scan markets and business environment and share the same with the business unit on a regular basis  - Help the team to build competitive intelligence by preparing necessary reports and presentations  - Track industry benchmarks on a need basis  - Opportunity and Bid Management  - Work with various cross functional teams to create solution for bids  - Ensure compliance to RASCI and follow up on bids  - Templatise and create re-usable assets for the group  - Build and maintain repositories so that rework is avoided  - Reports, Dashboards and Knowledge management  - Ensure timely delivery of Engagement Calendar, Aging tracker  - Timely preparation of Pipeline movement grid for various verticals  - Updation of RPM on real time basis for various verticals  - Maintenance of Offering playbook based upon any modifications  - Ensure all assets of the domain are appropriately loaded and version management followed in Knowmax  - Knowledge Deployment Index to be reported on a regular basis  - Conduct regular weekly meetings and track action items to closure  - Ensure iQMS process and procedures are followed in the Pre-sales team and regular mock audits are conducted.
