As their business in India is expanding, and are looking for predictive modelers to join their growing business.

Job Description

Reporting to the VP - Analytics, you will be responsible for:

- Responsible for client delivery

- Building predictive models in the Insurance domain using Linear regression, GLM, GENMOD

- Identifying new areas to apply predictive modeling and advanced analytics in the Reinsurance business

- Working closely with Actuarial and pricing entities of the business

- Applying predictive modeling to underwriting/pricing processes

- Partnering with IT/Tech support to implement models for Advance analytics within the organization

The Successful Applicant

You must be a masters in Stats/ Maths/ Eco from a tier 1 college with (4 -8) years of experience building predictive models. You have sound knowledge of modeling techniques (Linear Regression in particular) .You are knowledgeable about underwriting/ pricing process and are comfortable with R, Decision Trees. Knowledge of GLM, Property and Casualty Insurance is an advantage. You must possess excellent communication skills with a proactive personality.
