Urgent opening for the position of Manager- Plant HR (Plant Head) with a leading Pharma Company.

Location: Chennai

Job responsibility includes managing the entire gamut of HR activities at plant like Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Employee relations, Labour Relations, Labour Laws, Contract Labour, Industrial relations, etc.

Experience: Minimum 8 years / Maximum 14 years

Reporting to: General Manager - HR & IR
