Manager - Plant HR - HR Business Partner - Pharma

Position: Manager - Plant HR (HRBP) - Pharma

Role:

- End-to-end HR Business Partner Role for the Manufacturing and Production Employees at the Plant

- Manage Permanent and Contract workers etc.

- Employee Engagement, Employee Grievance Handling, Performance Management, OD, Talent Management, etc. would be part of the functions

- Should be open to work in a later shift for 1 week every month/ when there is an intervention planned

Requirements:

- MBA (Preferably full-time)

- 6-9 yrs of experience

- Should have played an HRBP role and have exposure to Employee Engagement, Employee Grievance Handling, Performance Management, OD, Talent Management, etc.

- Should have worked in Pharma or Manufacturing Industries

- Good Communication Skills
