Job Description :

- Ability to handle multiple unions and contract labour

- Hands on experience in Variable pay linked wage settlements.

- Experience in handling strikes and VRS.

- Knowledge and exposure in handling local bodies and Statutory authorities

- Exposure in handling domestic inquiries and workmen grievances.

- Wage and salary administration.

- Exposure to handle time office function.

- Knowledge of ERP Systems.

- Should be able to understand the nerve of workmen and change their behavior to desired one.

- Team handling, process up-gradation and training

Experience :

- MBA Full Time is a must

- Post qualification, IR Exposure of minimum 6 years, will be added advantage

- From - FMCG / PHARMA / PROCESS Industries preferred .
