A leading FMCG is looking out for a Plant Commercial Manager- CA 1st Attempt (2012/13/14)  Purpose of the Role :   The purpose of this role is to drive excellence in commercial compliance as well as establish & ensure financial and commercial controls in plant.  Qualification & Experience :   Qualifications : CA- 1st Attempt (All Levels) ONLY  Location: Jalgaon, Maharashtra  Age : 24-28 years  Experience : 3 to 5 years preferably in plant   Key Deliverables of the Role :   - Responsible for accounting control and monitoring systems for the plant.  - Reviewing and monitoring manufacturing profitability of the plant and product.  - Analysis of capital expenditure and returns on them.  - Compliance to statutory requirements w.r.t accounting principles and guidelines.  - Identification, monitoring and control of commercial related issues for the plant.  - Supply chain management at the plant from inventory control to finished goods dispatches as per requirement.  - Responsible for the procurement of decentralized items.  - Inventory management for Raw material and Packaging material for the plant.  - Compliance management- Excise, Sales tax, Income tax etc.  - As a core member of the plant will be part of important decision making on the plant functioning  Functional Competencies :  - Knowledge of commercial laws and regulatory guidelines.  - Knowledge of procurement fundamentals and inventory management.  - Coordination skills - interdepartmental coordination.  - Knowledge of working in an ERP environment  - Exposure to basic manufacturing fundamentals  Behavioral Competencies :  - Systems & Process Orientation  - Planning & Execution Skills  - Leadership & Coaching Skills  Reporting Relationships :   - Upwards: Works Head (Plant Head)  - Downwards: Team of commercial officers  Value proposition for the role holder :   - Would have the opportunity to move to other areas of Finance with Business Finance, Business Commercials.  Growth Path & Future :   - The role holder can move to various roles in Finance function of Business Finance, Corporate Finance in India & International business.
