Requirement:-
Experience: 8+ yrs of experience (Retail experience must)
Education: BE / MBA from a good institute
Essential KPIs:-
- Process design & Implementation of Demand Planning and ordering tool
- Order management & system improvement
- Process analysis, IT integration, track of Manual interventions
- Inventory planning, Monthly plan for OTB (Open to buy) norms at category level to suffice service levels
- Reduction in non-performing inventory
- Input to category on trends/sales projection
- Workflow process design
