Manager - Planning - FMCG (4-8 yrs)
Hiring: For a World's Leading FMCG Company having their India office based at New Delhi.
Preferred Qualification : An engineer preferably with a management degree.

Major Function:
The role is expected to (i) drive the Sales & Operations planning process for the company and (ii) act as the center of excellence, for all inventory management processes across the Supply Chain and the Demand Management processes
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Production & Replenishment Planning / Inventory Management
- Sales & Operations Planning Process
- Center of Excellence for Demand and Supply Planning Processes
- New Initiatives & Imports Planning- introduction of a new SKU, new product category, consumer offers (freebies, price-offs), MRP change
- Manage SLOB (slow moving / obsolete) inventory
- SAP power user
- Coordination with Sales,Plant,Finance, RM/PM.
- Managing Team, Training and Skill and personality development
Experience:
- Prior experience of working in the Food industry/ FMCG sector would be an advantage.
