Job Title - Manager - Phone Banking  For this role, I'm looking for candidate with 5+ years experience of handling inbound and outbound Call/Contact centre for Financial or Banking client and should be proficient in Marathi.  Role & Responsibilities are as follows:-  - The incumbent will be part of the Phone Banking/Contact Center team in establishing the phone banking channel of our banking client with the objective of extracting the 'power of phone- for delivering seamless customer service; and identifying opportunities to cross-sell.  - Working closely with internal and external stake holders including consultants in finalizing and implementing the Phone Banking Channel.
