Manager - Performance Mgmt - BFSI

I am currently working on a mandate for a financial services organization, position based in Mumbai as Manager HR- PMS.

- The performance Management role is directly responsible for design, implementation and administration of performance management system for frontline & non frontline employees of the organization.

- It involves accountability for bringing continuous improvement to the performance management processes and measuring their overall health & effectiveness. In addition to the PMS would also have the responsibility for Incentive payouts for all the Sales channel.

Grade- Manager

Reporting- Sr.Manager

Reportees- 2

- Looking for MBA professionals who are handling PMS as a specialist role only from financial services background.
