- Supported the team in managing HR audit & compliance for the Bank
- Accelerated the Induction Program for New Joiners in a way to develop integrity and conscientiousness
- Driving people processes like Goal setting, performance management, career progressions and annual increment cycle and ensuring right people practices.
- Managing end to end Payroll with 1 person as a team for Payroll.
