- Responsible for end to end PMS, Compensation Management and designing PMS
- Conducting organization wide performance appraisal, salary review and succession planning processes with management.
- Actively monitored cost control database to track personnel expenses and make projections for budgeting.
- Improvise and drive the rewards and recognition program for the organization.
- Supporting the team in managing HR audit & compliance.
- Accelerating the Induction Program for New Joiners in a way to develop integrity and conscientiousness.
- Driving people processes like Goal setting, performance management, career progressions and annual increment cycle and ensuring right people practices.

- Should be open to travel across plants for this Manufacturing set up.
