- The primary emphasis of the job would be toinstitutionalize and implement a robust Performance Management System to suit the business needs of the company. Handle end-to-end process of Performance Management i.e. Objective Setting, Project End Appraisals, Mid-Term Reviews and Annual Appraisals within the defined timelines.
- Performance Management of the Senior Leadership Team will be one of the focus areas for this position.
- She/he would play a key role in conceptualizing&developing of the Key Result Areas and the performance measurement metrics for the Senior Leadership Team.
- At least the last 3 to 4 years should have been in the IT Industry preferably from a reputed medium to large sized organization.
- The person should have handled similar role/assignments in previous organization(s)& should have handled a team.
