Manager - Payroll & Fixed Assets Accounting,  Job Description :   Monthly salary processing for The Company and all group companies:  - Verify that the data like details of new joinees/ loss of pay for employees that is fed into the system by the AM to generate monthly pay slips is correct.  - Verify the salary letters drafted by AM before disbursing them to banks for credit of salary to accounts.  - Review & verify the electronic payslips and tax sheets to check that deductions like PF/ professional tax/ Income tax etc. has been done properly by the AM before issuing them to the employees.  Weekly reimbursements to employees :  - Verify that the employee is eligible for the amount/ category he has claimed the reimbursement for.  - Verify the letter of payment to be sent to the bank to credit the employee account with the relevant amount.  Full and final settlement of accounts for resigned employees :  - Calculate the final dues payable to employee after receiving the resignation approval for an employee from the HR department.  - Verify the final settlement letter for the employee drafted by AM before sending it to the internal auditors for the purpose of audit.  - Verify the final letters drafted by AM before sending it to the bank to credit the employee account with the amount payable.  Superannuation/ PF/gratuity trust accounts :   - Review and verify that appropriate accounting entries have been made by the AM for the monthly PF contribution of individual employees.  - Overview and verify the whole process of drafting letters to LIC for the needed amounts and disbursing them to the employees after receiving cheques from LIC.  - Prepare the final accounts for these trusts and coordinate with internal auditors to get them audited.  Annual payments :  - Verify the letter drafted by AM before disbursing it to banks to credit the appropriate amount to employees- accounts after calculating and deducting the tax from it.  MIS reporting :  - Prepare the monthly MIS for preparing the company's P&L statement with the details of all expense statement and provisions.  - Prepare monthly/ quarterly MIS for advanced tax projections.  - Verify the MIS report with monthly reconciliation of all the expenses and the bank reconciliation statement for the trusts that are drafted by the AM.  Invoice and funds processing :  - Receive and process invoices for payments to vendors for asset procurement's and and check for compliance requirements i.e. green note and approval notes attachments.  - Manage all operating and administration expenses of the group companies.  - Coordinate branch requirements for funds and transfer money when required.  - Track surplus funds and ensure investments through treasury on a daily basis to ensure proper utilisation of the said surplus.  Checking of Company payments and accounting :  - Review and check payments to vendors and expense booking for compliance requirements i.e. green note and approval notes attachments.  - Check compliance with Accounting Standards and Company law and other statutory laws while preparation of financial statements of Company  - Manage all operating and administration expenses of company.  Key Skills: Key Skill :  - Knowledge of financial and capital markets  - Knowledge of statutory requirements applicable to the financial markets  - Knowledge on usage of software application and tools.  Experience : 4-7 years of experience Post Qualification in financial services in Payroll processing.   Desired : Relevant experience in financial services  Qualification : MBA(2year full time) / CA / CFA degree (Mandatory)  Working hours/days : 9:30am to 6:30pm/5days   Target Industry : BFSI  Please do not give candidates from CA/CS firms  Qualification : MBA(2 year full time) / CA / CFA degree (Mandatory)  Please Note :  Do not process CVs from any other stock exchange or broking firm  Do not source candidates who are currently working with members of this client  Reports to - Functionally : CM - Finance, Accounts & Payroll  Reports to - Administratively : CM - Finance,Accounts & Payroll  Direct Reporting : From AM - Payroll  Job Location : Mumbai, Mum  Job Sector : Banking / Financial Services  Required Experience : 4 - 7 year(s)  Relevant Experience : 4 years  Salary Range : INR 900000 - 1100000  contact no-7275500404
