About our Client: Our Client is one of the largest and fastest growing airlines globally. With their growing presence in Asia, currently they are looking for passionate marketing professional to lead their marketing efforts in the region. For the same, they are looking at hiring ""Manager Partner Airline Marketing"", based in Mumbai.

Job Description:

- You will be working with the Marketing and Guest Experience teams and required to manage the annual strategic marketing planning process for joint activities and equity partner by providing insight, structure, and project management services.

- Work globally on a number of joint projects across partners, in order to realize cost saving by utilizing economies of scale, and better align the airlines. Design, along with owners across divisions and equity partners, key customer service design routes - from acquisition through to travel and then retention.

- Support redesign of customer touch points taking into account this new understanding of customer sensitivities Conduct analysis into past performance in order to map out trends and identify and replicate high performance activities; leverage these findings to optimize marketing plans supporting key commercial objectives.

- Develop and test new marketing strategies to improve response rates among new and existing customer segments.

- Provide direction and where necessary run the project management- with marketing teams and equity network in order to develop/execute new marketing ideas and roll out the use of tools that enable a methodical and strategic approach.

- Primarily you will need to support the development of strategies to generate return on investment from, and for, Equity partners by aligning marketing acquisition and retention strategies with customer needs.

The Successful Candidate:

- University degree education in marketing, analytics, or related discipline is required; post-graduate qualification is an advantage.

- Post holder must have at least 7-10 years marketing experience with a minimum of 5 years in an airline.

- They must have a proven ability to think strategically and pro actively.

- The candidate should have broad understanding of all airline commercial departments such as revenue management, and sales and distribution.
