- 6 - 10 years relevant experience

- For an international business process outsourcing and professional services company head-quartered in London.

- The objective of the role is to design, develop, coordinate, implement, deliver and evaluate leadership and organization development programs and interventions that result in effective behavior change, increased organizational leadership and individual effectiveness, and the achievement of the organization's objectives.

Broad focus areas & responsibilities are as follows :

Talent Capability Management:

- Design, develop and implement frameworks that support individual and organizational effectiveness and growth

Leadership Assessment & Development :

- Focus on continued leadership development as a practice and set expectations for leaders to perform and drive organizational excellence.

- Provide leadership/guidance to the overall strategic direction of the company's Talent Management process and create a talent management program.

Organizational Culture and Process:

- Partner with Leadership Team to define, develop and preserve organizational culture.

- Develop a communication strategy that will build on branding and marketing of the OD initiatives.

Employee Diagnostics:

- Design Organization effective measurement metrics through ESAT, People Practice Benchmarking etc.

- Develop a strong HR analytics practice to aid fact based people decisions

- Participate in Best Employers and Great Places to Work Surveys for HR practice diagnosis and culture audits.
