Manager - Organization Development/HR Projects - Pharma

Position: Manager - HR (OD, HR Projects) at a Leading MNC Pharma Company

Role:

- Work on HR Projects in the areas of Performance Management, Talent Management & OD, HR Analytics and Compensation & Benefits

- Would work closely and report into the Director and Head-Business HR

Requirements:

- MBA (Premier institute) with 5-6 years of experience in the areas of Performance Management, Talent Management & OD, HR Analytics and Compensation & Benefits

- Should have worked in an MNC and a process oriented company
