We work in the areas of Business Strategy, Corporate Finance, Marketing, Risk management and Organizational transformation.  Some of the prominent industries i3 Consulting serve are - banking, non banking financial services, retailing, food services, insurance, telecom, diversified industries and government.  Role Description (Manager, Organizational development):  - The incumbent will help make the organization scalable by focusing on people and process development for the analytics practice in i3 Consulting.  As part of this role, the manager would be expected to:  - Support the organization in achieving strategic development and alignment of its workforce, culture, processes and systems behind its goals  - Lead on the development of i3 Consulting culture, workplace environment and employment practices in a way that strengthens employees ability to work in challenging engagements  - Create and implement a Strategic Plan that identifies the people requirements based on business challenges over the next year and how to manage these  - Oversee and implement organizational policies and processes  - Engage in people development and ensure continuous professional development of the analytics team  - Be actively involved and drive headcount planning for the practice based on expected pipeline and current capacity  For the successful execution of this role, the manager should have the following qualifications:  - MBA with specialization in Human Resources from the premier institutes   - Good problem solving skills and communication skills  - Experience of implementing people development and process streamlining initiatives in either BFSI, Consulting or KPO companies  - Experience of conducting and managing training programs will be an added advantage  - Experience of 2+ years in HR role  Location - Noida
