Manager - Operations - Travel Firm

Position : Operations Manager (Delhi/NCR, Bangalore) (Unique & Reputed Travel Company)

Role :

- Effectively leading operations of the region for Events and Alliances for categories like food, music, sports, theatre, heritage & Culture etc.

- Managing day-to-day operations including customer interactions, problem solving, scheduling, allocation etc.

- Other responsibilities include product development, customer satisfaction, service provider coordination, franchisee relationships etc.

- There are 2 roles, one in Delhi/NCR and one in Bangalore

Requirements :

- BBA/ MBA with experience in managing operations/ events/ alliances

- Should have the ability to build and maintain external business relationships, ability to generate insights, to innovate in a boot-strapped environment

- Ability to lead a team

- Should have exposure to events management

- 5-10 yrs of relevant experience in the FMCG/ Retail/ Travel/ Entertainment/ Hospitality/ Events Industry

- Should have proven interest in Travel and in Adventure, Food or History
