Key responsibilities (KRAs) :
- Manage overall team performance to ensure that all CROs, TLs, AMs are maintaining good level of Customer Service to all customers (internal and external).
- Meets/exceeds service and quality levels as assigned by Management/Client.
- Coordinating with the client on process related issues and updates
- Support in preparation of budget and process manpower count.
- Manage teams and optimum utilization of resources to meet productivity.
- People Management - Quality, Training, Development, reviews
Desired Profile :
- Graduate/ Post Graduate with at least 6-10 years of overall experience.
- Experience in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) domain is mandatory - US Healthcare industry will be highly preferred
