Operations Manager - Project Management
JD and skills requirement :
Responsible for project management activities including :
- Develop Functional and Technical Plan for the overall Spend Analytics Project
- Ongoing revisions to project plans including updates to completion percentages and proposed changes to milestones, deliverables, timing or resource requirements
- Follow-up with different parties on task status and update Project Plan and Communication accordingly
- Maintain Project Risk and Issue Log
- Develop and Maintain Global Functional Documents. (Coordinate in case of change)
- Follow up with project team/stakeholders on functional actions
- Develop status reports and project presentations/communication in PowerPoint,
- Track all feedback regarding functional documents and procedures
- Prepare weekly and other periodic meetings agendas, participate to meetings and prepare minutes
- Maintain the teams document filing structure and handle security accesses (to collaboration tool, lotus notes groups)
- Support the team on communication efforts (Organizational Change Management - OCM- )
- Organize the logistics for the team including travels and program workshops
- Maintain teams calendar (setup calls, book meeting rooms)
Functional Knowledge and Experience :
- Knowledge of Procurement Function preferred (But not mandatory)
- Experience with Business Intelligence project management and implementation preferred (Important)
Mandate Skills :
- Experience in Project Management and Procurement
- Must have handled procurement Projects
- Worked on BI Tools
- People Management Experience (Small Team)
- Interact with clients (Stakeholder experience)
- Work on Presentations
- Excellent Communication Skills
Shifts : Flexible (5:30 PM - 2:30 AM)
Worked on MS Visio, MS Project - Added Advantage
