Position : Manager (Operations)  Locations : Nigeria  Client :  Our client is 50 years old Fast growing Eye Hospital Group with emphasis on human skills to serve the humanity in the best possible way is looking for Center head position for Rwanda  - Handling overall activity of the hospital.  Admissions & Discharge :  - Customer Service With least delay  - Ensure proper Nursing Service, other supportive services.  - Ensuring discipline of the staff and housekeeping  - Maintenance of hospital infrastructure, equipment, vehicles, furniture, fittings and installations / utilities such as power, water, air-conditioning  - statutory compliance  - Security & Safety.  Dealing with marketing:  - Promotion of the hospital to consultants and public.  - Build business through his sales executives  - Run community camps & health awareness programs, enrollment drives.  - Attract leading consultants to practice  Operation department.:Customer service:  - Manage all external & internal relations  - Promote a sales and service culture through personal example,  - coaching and staff motivation  Strategy planning, & policy planning:  - Plan execution,  - Revenue/financial results  - Operational issues.  Management of Employees :  - Management of staff like Doctors medical technicians, nurses, front office, accounts & sales executives etc  Responsibilities :  - Operational efficiency of the centre, patient satisfaction  - Revenue generation, Number of OPDs, Teamwork  - Overall business growth of the centre.  Experience : 6 to 10 years  Qualifications : Masters in Hospital Management or Any Graduate  Contact Details :  Consultant : Ms.Rekha  Phone No. : 040-40141008
