Manager - Operations - Healthcare/Pharma

Hiring for Manager Operation with 10-13 yrs experience for Noida location.

1. Responsible for managing the operations seamlessly and timely SLA delivery along with maintaining high levels of employee and client satisfaction.

2. Ensure clients SLA is met including service delivery, timely report and quality control.

3. Ensure effective communication with the client on project & the issue faced by the client is resolved.

4. Responsible for following agreed governance model, escalation & communication plan.

5. To ensure team members achieve agreed standards in relation to their job assignments.

6. Taking weekly and monthly calls with clients to understand the expectations from the teams and provided updates

7. Ensure that all audit related issues are brought to a close

8. Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives in process
