Manager - Operations   Key Responsibilities:  - Oversee customer operations, Service, Technology, Risk and Compliance.  - Building and owing the company and Investor web site including design, development and User Experience  - Incharge of Compliance, Internal Process risk and control and statutory/regulatory requirements  - Own internal company processes including project/investment related documentation completeness, KYC, FEMA and other Regulatory compliance  - Incharge of customer records maintenance and Company website maintenance  - Reconciliation of all accounts, cash management, receipts and remittances   - Reconciliations for company bank accounts, client accounts and Group companies - accounts  - Manage and coordinate investor queries, investment updates and returns  - Liasion with banks, legal advisors and third party consultants  Qualification: MBA / CA with 4-5 years experience in customer management, compliance and process control. Experience in operations and customer service in Private Wealth, Consumer banking, Private Equity industry preferred.   Location: Gurgaon
