Role:
- Ability to identify cost optimization opportunities especially in area of FTE reduction on shop floor.
- Ability to understand the contract manpower agreement terms and opportunities thereof.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on deployed manpower using appropriate methods and techniques
- Ability to lead small to medium value engagements or components of large, complex engagements.
- Ability to manage and lead a team for a successful client delivery.
- Participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.
- Participate in client meetings for active collaboration and delivery of services. Be proactive and demonstrate assertiveness in communicating with client, exhibit excellent communication skills.
- Willing to travel and work on site 100% of the time with the clients, working in project teams at client locations
Key Criteria:
- MBA / Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial / Production Engineering
- At least 7 years of experience across industry and/or consulting. Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment.Industry experience on shop floor / production engineering is desirable.
- Should be able to understand the Shop-floor practices, VA/NVA Analysis
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication - both written and spoken English and presentation skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
