Manager - Operations - BPO/KPO

Our client is a global leader in Insurance/ReInsurance and is looking out for a manager with experience in Operations for their Mumbai based captive offshore unit.

Ideal candidate profile:

1. Should be currently handling a team of minimum 15 people in a KPO/BPO

2. Should possess 4-8 years experience in operations in a KPO/BPO environment

3. Knowledge of productivity/quality enhancement techniques like LEAN / Six Sigma / KAIZEN / PMI / CII is a must

4. Stakeholder management with metric-driven approach to operations is essential in this role
