Manager - Operations - BFSI Domain - BPO (8-15 yrs)
Technical / Certification All Microsoft applications, particularly, Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint.
Profile Requirements :
- Must be from Wealth Management/ Capital Markets background
- Excellent knowledge of BPO Offerings in the voice, non-voice and KPO domain
- Currently should be working at a Service Delivery Position
- Must have managed multiple programs / projects
- Ideally should have managed a span of more than 50-100 people
- Should have knowledge of Business and process skills
- Knowledge of mutual funds, annuities, general securities, and other financial products required
- Knowledge of FINRA SEC, and State rules and regulations
Job Responsibilities would include the following :
- Manage service delivery through a team of 50-100 in a multi-location setup
- Would have direct interface with the client
- Work Force Management and Cost Effectiveness
- Responsible for hiring, training, building, coaching/ mentoring and managing teams
- Transition processes from onsite to offshore unit
- Implement quality initiatives and programs
- Develop compliance systems and strategies for effective supervision
- Would be required to work in night shift and service US client
