Key Objective of the Job:
- Strong team management skills
- Management of retail and home Loan operations at central ops.
- Strong Audit and compliance interaction with internal and external auditors.
- Processing refunds and reconciliation of accounts relating to Operations.
- Processing service request such as waivers, cancellation and reallocation of receipts.
- Handling internal customers and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- MIS, analytics and presentation.
- Drive operations projects along with IT.
- Development and reengineering of operational process.
Major Deliverables:
- Driving the refund team for TAT and accuracy.
- Resolution of queries and complaints pertaining to internal and external customers.
- Audit query resolution and management.
Specialized job competencies:
- Knowledge of Banking/NBFC home / retail loan operations.
- Should depict customer centricity in daily behavior.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Well versed in accounting concepts.
Educational Qualification: Graduate/Post graduate / MBA / CA
Desired Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience of which min 1 years retail asset / loan operations.
