Job Description
- Manage a group of Assistant Managers, Coordinators and artists to work in a team based environment
- Planning, organizing and managing resources
- Overseeing the production process, drawing up production schedule and drive completion of projects
- Ensuring that deadlines are met at all times and flag off in case of delays/road blocks
- Monitoring the production process
- Supervising and motivating the team
- Ensuring targets are met month on month
- Reviewing the performance of subordinates
- Forecasting manpower needs
- Monitor people issues and liaising with multiple departments to ensure smooth running of operations
- Identifying training needs and ensure that these have been addressed through the training team.
- Creation of various MIS reports, initiation of quality process improvement, people management, issues & conflict management
- Maintaining attrition levels
- Audit on record of man-days consumption, Project Artist Bifurcation reports
- Recommend improvements to maintain production integrity, consistency and quality
Experience
- 8 to 12 years in a similar role
- Team Management experience is a must
- Should be good with MIS
- Excellent communication skills
- Should have experience or knowledge in costing & budgeting
