Manager - Operational Excellence - FMCG (5-10 yrs)
Hiring for the position of "Manager-Operational Excellence" with one of the market leader MNC in FMCG /Foods/Beverages.
Education:- Any Graduate, MBA/PGDM
Job Location:- Corporate Office(Gurgaon)
Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in operational excellence, continuous improvement, process improvement in process industry pref from FMCG.
- Candidates should have six sigma/Lean certification.
Job Responsibilities:
- To Identify areas where repeated lapses/delays happen/are reported, evaluate whether a change in system will improve the situation
- To conduct and provide various supply chain,logistics,transportation and operational analytical support including, cost/benefit analysis, operational impact studies, distribution network analysis, strategic procurements etc
- To identify opportunities to re-invent business processes to manage risk, increase revenues and control costs
- Improving business performance by using excellence methodologies and tools related to resulting cost cutting, reducing lapses in system and system efficiency improvement.
