- Participate in definition and building of roadmap for OPER as per the business priorities : functional requirements and constraints, mapping of operational process to be moved, target processes/ controls/ procedures/ and organisation in collaboration with other relevant departments, respect of legal/compliance/ regulatory rules  - Organize the systems and process implementation: scoping, functional requirements and constraints in collaboration with the production teams, coordination with development team for technical specifications, participation in the Integration test, coordination of User Acceptance Tests or handle them whenever necessary, preparation and conduct of change management, migration and Go-Live  - Follow the matrix of roles and responsibilities for every project at the commencement after agreement with the stakeholders and sponsors of the project. Set and clarify expectation during the scoping phase and ensure all are in agreement.   - Ensure post go live support as agreed by the project committee to ensure no misses post implementation of project.  Experience Required : 7.5 - 10 years of experience in project management
