Manager - Online Sales - FMCG

Job Purpose :

The job holder is responsible for driving online sales of products. He owns the end to end online sales strategy and execution.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Devise, develop and implement appropriate e-commerce business strategies for sustainable growth in sales for our products

- Responsible for end to end sales of our products on the online space and driving online sales AOP

- Identify, engage and forge tie ups with e-commerce websites to get our product on their websites

- Responsible for price and scheme management with e-commerce websites

- Monitor all initiatives from idea to implementation, interfacing with ecommerce team on all operational, technical and execution related work

- Apply best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth

- Responsible for adherence to all Business & Statutory Compliances pertaining Online Business
