Manager - OEM Sales - Auto (10-20 yrs)
Roles & Responsibility:
- He/ she shall be responsible for creating and developing new OEM accounts, and strengthening existing OEM customers.
- He/ she will also assess product portfolio in line with evolving customer needs and current offering to the market working closely with product development and marketing group.
- Analyze performance, market conditions and competitor's strategy and suggest solutions and implement the same.
- He/ she team shall be responsible to deploy and run direct sales working closely and evolve strategies to build loyalty and exclusivity with OE customers.
- The position also works closely with service and execution team to implement various methods of operations & continuous improvements for cost reduction.
- To work closely with CRM team for timely delivery of products to the customers
- Resolving technical issues with the customer during and after the development phase
- He/ she will be responsible for delivering OB and profitability for the OE vertical, stabilize profitable product pricing, and achieve gross margin percentage, Drive initiatives and sales targets.
- Being a single window contact with customer and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction index
- He/ she is expected to provide periodic insights on our product portfolio and current offerings to the product management teams to improve market alignment.
- Develops relationships with multiple buying influences in the customer’s organization, including purchasing, technical, R&D, assembly and production team.
- Works closely with Engineering team to provide solutions to customers unique requirements
- Customer Focus: Advocates for customers; cultivates strong, mutually-beneficial customer relationships and works to earn the trust of the customer by ensuring that the company delivers value and acquires.
- Thinks & Acts Strategically: Analyzes information, develops market-based insights, anticipates obstacles and opportunities and develops solutions to create forward-looking strategies.
