Manager - National Demand Planning - IIM/NITIE/SP Jain - FMCG/Retail

Executive Hiring is looking for a Manager - National Demand Planning at Bangalore with an MNC FMCG.

A Post Grad. in Management / MBA from NITIE / S P JAIN / IIM's etc. & B.Tech./B.E. with around 4-10 years of work experience in Demand / Supply Planning in a Large FMCG / E-Commerce environment.

Brief KRA's :

1. Drive the transitioning of Demand Planning processes from weekly process to monthly (4 week) process

2. Initiate long term planning for 13 weeks to enable capacity Mapping and Material Requirements Planning of long lead time items.

3. Engage with Zonal Operations Heads and assist them to predict demand sci

4. Ensure Value realization (e.g. Sourcing Cost reduction, BBD reduction)

5. Root Cause Analysis of BBD and measures to bring down the Write-off costs.
