Manager - National Demand Planning - FMCG - NITIE/SP Jain/IIM

Executive Hiring is looking for a Manager - National Demand Planning at Mumbai with an MNC FMCG.

A Female with a Post Grad. in Ops. from NITIE / S P JAIN / IIM's etc. with around 10 -15 ( preferably 2003 - 05 batches ) years of work experience in Demand / Supply Planning in a Large MNC FMCG.

Brief KRA's :

1. Drive the transitioning of Demand Planning processes.

2. Long term planning

3. Engage with the Manufacturing Units and assist them to predict demand

4. Ensure Value realization (e.g. Sourcing Cost reduction, BBD reduction)

5. Root Cause Analysis of BBD and measures to bring down the Write-off costs.
