Job Description : MSS Specialist (Cyber Security or IT Security)

Managed Security Services Specialist who would act as a Security Focal Point towards our valued customer and internal ITC teams as well,The Job Holder is responsible for overseeing the O&M of ICT infrastructure & Service delivery platforms used for delivering Security Services to ITC Customers. The Job Holder is also responsible for Service Fulfilment & Service Assurance of Managed Security Services for ITC customers.

- Leading complex MACD activities (multiple devices, high complexity, etc)

- Building policies and procedures and ensuring quality and adherence to security policies, processes and technical standards

- Ensuring consistency of approach across customer's security estate (code levels, hotfixes, firewall rulebase consistency, etc.)

- Cooperating with customer focal points to develop requirements and to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Assistance in Root Cause Analysis for complex issues if required

- Provide direct support to ITC Projects on all aspects relating to Security

- Capability of administration and monitor (hands on) various IT and security tools such as: Qualys, AV(Symantec 11-12), Tripwire, Nitro SIEM, Malware detection, IDS/IPS, Forecourt, SSL VPN, Cisco and Palo Alto Firewalls, and other security tools

- Supervise the day-to-day operations of respective vendor O&M teams responsible for provisioning of various Managed Services for Customers.
