- Looking for candidates from IIM, ISB, Premier/Tier 1 Institutes only  - Those who have experience in Campaign management, e-mobile and digital marketing- please apply.  - 6 Days working ( second Saturdays will be offs)  Key Responsibility :   - Plan and execute App Distribution and Promotion strategies that drive traffic to App Store leading to App Installs   - Understanding acquisition models and selecting proven and new channels to meet objectives  - Translate the user acquisition targets and budgets into cutting edge mobile marketing  - Running campaigns on Facebook / Google Display Network and similar large scale mobile ad networks  - Measure, evaluate and optimize the marketing programs and expenses incurred in App Distribution   - Partner with product managers to identify needs and help define necessary product/ service improvements and new areas for innovation   Qualifications :   - Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile app marketing  - High on analytical skills and able to derive actionable insights from a lot of data   - Ability to understand user behavior for optimizing the campaigns   - Solid understanding of how ad networks / ad auctions work  - Data visualization and insight development  - Good written and communication skills
