About our Client - Our client is a leading Financial Institution with strong competence in areas like Risk and Collections Analytics. They have operations in around 10 countries.

Job Description - As a Manager you will :

- Take leadership role in the development of processes/systems to enhance and streamline department functions.

- Define reporting needs and monitor report to understand trends, issues and opportunities

- Play lead role in working with IT to define and develop technical/systems solutions for new operational needs .

- Develop and coach direct report(s) and other analytical resources on cross-functional teams

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant you should have:

- Bachelors/MBA/Masters (Economics, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics) from Tier 1 or 2 Institutes like IITs, IIMs, DSE, MDI, IMT

- 4-6 years of business experience in related field

- Demonstrate proficiency in tools like SAS, R, Excel, VBA

- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

- Self Motivated and dedicated individual with leadership and decision making skills
