Client Details :

- Our client is a leading Fashion brand known for their creative and innovative designs. They have been operating in the Indian market for more than 5 years now and specialize in a wide range of products for women including apparels, bags, accessories, etc.

- They are looking to widen their portfolio and expand their mark in the market and hence, are looking to recruit a Manager Merchandizing, based out of their corporate office in Delhi NCR

Job Description :

Reporting to the Head of Buying, you will be responsible for :

- To ensure cost effective sourcing & merchandising as per business plan

- Involvement in the cost negotiations and timely execution of the order with key focus on the quality of products

- Managing a team of 4-5 professionals and responsibility for their growth in the organization

- Liasoning with the senior stakeholders and working closely with different functions to ensure the highest level of efficiency

Profile :

- You will be a Graduate/Post Graduate in Fashion (NIFT Preferred), with around 6 years of experience in buying & sourcing functions. Prior experience of having worked in the Fashion, Lifestyle, and Apparel Space is a must.

- The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to manage business independently
