Key Responsibilities :  - To convert marketing and communication strategies into materials supporting integrated campaigns for new and existing target markets.  - Responsible for the coordination of programs focused on market growth through outreach to referral sources.  - Responsible for managing & implementation of strategic market access and execution of marketing programs that expand the existing four business units.  - Through therapy approach you will be responsible for identifying new or unmet market opportunities and indications, creating/penetrating new/current market segments, developing patient and physician awareness programs, and developing communication programs to be implemented at a field level and through new media.  - Additionally the role is responsible for all aspects of marketing communications, including product launches, marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, advertisements), trade-show materials, direct mail, email and digital advertisements. This is a cross-functional position, and requires close working relationships with pan India Sales, Marketing and Training Teams.  - Has to work closely with all Product Managers to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns  - Responsible for all aspects of marketing communications, including product launches, marketing collateral (e.g., brochures, advertisements), database maintenance, direct mail, email and digital advertisements.  KRAs & Specific Roles :  - Creative ability to translate clinical value proposition and other Product Management content into an effective campaign  - Experience managing relationships, contracts and projects with external vendors  - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to be able to craft and refine uniform  - Ability to work cross-functionally, identifying synergies between businesses and markets to drive efficiencies and consistency of messaging  - Expertise delivering complex projects to meet demanding feature, cost, quality and  - Experience effectively interacting with senior marketing leaders and global counterparts on  - Collaborative attitude; willingness to support product line managers- and field goals  - Create and execute integrated awareness, reimbursement and market development strategies to address needs of physicians & patients  - Support sales teams through creation and execution of internal sales tactics and lead generation  - Manage consumer and physician online initiatives as needed. Manages process to ensure internal socialization, alignment and approval for digital content  - Plan, execute and measure therapy and category PR activities. Ensure agency focus on achieving key message placement-conduct regular reviews  - Support campaigns by creating collateral and planning, execution and follow-up of industry events, managing booths for trade shows  - Ensure personal understanding of all quality policy as applicable. Follow all procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and high quality work  - Database generation and design email/newsletter strategy
