Manager - Marketing - Retail/Hospitality/BFSI (2-8 yrs)
Marketing Manager for priority customers (Affluent)
- Branding and marketing of premium liability products and services. This will include all ATL and BTL communication
- Developing the product positioning and messaging that differentiates these products in the market
- Taking new premium liability products of the bank to market
- Implementation of consumer engagement programs to deepen/cross sell/up sell or acquire new to bank customers. These programs may be stand alone, or in partnership with alliances/other companies/brands.
- Design and execution of branding and communication material and other selling tools
- Mining consumer insights and generating new marketing ideas to help tap into these segments
- Manage the marketing budget assigned to his/her portfolio of products
- Increase awareness for premium liability products with affluent segment customers
- Deepen engagement and usage with premium customers through activation / engagement programs
- Deliver a differentiated experience across various customer touch-points
- Build cost effective strategies for communication programs leading to budget savings
- Deliver the launch of new products
